Booking & Payment
Party bookings must be made online or directly through our reception team. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your party date and time. All sales are final. No bookings are confirmed until payment is received.
Booking Transfer & Rescheduling
Bookings are non-transferable unless written approval is provided by Katapult Performing Arts.
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability is not guaranteed.
Unauthorized resale or transfer of party bookings may result in cancellation without refund.
Party Schedule & Activities
We reserve the right to adjust the structure, timing, and activities included in the party package due to operational needs or staffing changes. Any major adjustments will be communicated with the party host in advance.
Please note: Party times are fixed and cannot be extended due to late arrivals.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Studio-Initiated Cancellation:
If Katapult Performing Arts cancels your party booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Client-Initiated Cancellation:
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the party date may be eligible for a partial refund (less a $50 admin fee).
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled party date are non-refundable.
Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness outbreaks, government restrictions, etc.).
Party Rules & Code of Conduct
All children attending must be supervised by an adult. Parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour of their guests.
Our party hosts will do their best to provide a fun, safe, and inclusive experience for everyone. We reserve the right to remove any guest (child or adult) displaying disrespectful or disruptive behaviour.
Liability Waiver
By booking a party and attending, you acknowledge that Katapult Performing Arts is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the party, including in the use of our facilities or equipment.
All attendees participate at their own risk.
Food, Allergies & Decorations
Party hosts are responsible for informing us in advance of any known allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take care to provide a safe environment, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free space.
Decorations brought by clients must be approved in advance and removed at the end of the party. No confetti, glitter, or smoke machines are allowed.
Photography & Media Consent
Photos or videos may be taken during the party for promotional use by Katapult Performing Arts on social media or marketing materials.
By booking and attending, you grant permission for images of you and your guests (including children) to be used for these purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Details collected during the booking process are used solely for communication and party-related purposes and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
